I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience serving children, adolescents, families and adults.  Please feel free to browse my webpage where you can learn more about me, my services, fees, and how to contact me

My areas of expertise are complex trauma treatment and parenting consultation. My main focus is assisting with regulation and integration.

I use different research-based modalities of treatment such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing- EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol- SSP, Play Therapy, Transformative Touch, and Sand Tray Therapy.

​It is my goal to help you feel stronger and more skilful about ways to help you engage in your goals in a way that develops a sense of self that feels real and connected.

With families I use a collaborative approach that challenges the high pressure that us as well as our children are exposed to. You can help your family come back to a healthier and more balanced version of yourselves while still taking care of the relationship
